Rehurz is an AI-powered mock interview platform built in 2026 by a group of Data Science professionals. After years of working in the field, we kept seeing the same pattern: talented people losing opportunities not because they lacked skill, but because they had never practised speaking their knowledge out loud under pressure.
The problem we kept seeing
With over 5 years each in data science and applied AI roles, the founders of Rehurz sat on both sides of the interview table. We interviewed candidates. We got interviewed ourselves. And we mentored students preparing for their first roles.
The gap was always the same: most candidates know the concepts but freeze when asked to explain them clearly, defend their choices, or think on their feet. The existing options — reading textbooks, watching YouTube, doing mock interviews with friends — don't replicate the actual pressure of a live interview. And professional mock interview coaching is expensive enough that most students simply can't access it.
We believed the most effective way to prepare for an interview is to practise doing an interview — a real one, with follow-up questions, pushback on vague answers, and honest feedback after. So we built Rehurz to make that possible for anyone, at a fraction of the cost.

What Rehurz is today
Rehurz is a voice-based AI mock interview platform. You upload a job description and your resume. The AI reads both, builds a personalised interview plan, and conducts a live spoken interview — asking follow-up questions, probing your answers, and challenging you when you deflect or stay vague.
After the session, you get a detailed scorecard: dimension-wise scores, per-question feedback, example ideal answers, and curated learning resources for every identified gap. It covers 20+ domains — software engineering, data science, product management, sales, HR, operations, and more.
We are early. The platform is live, the interviews work, and users are practising on it. We have a long way to go — more domains to refine, better feedback to build, more ways to help candidates prepare. That work is ongoing.
