1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and LETSDECODE TECHNOLOGIES LLP("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the laws of India, governing your access to and use of Rehurz("Platform", "Service").

By creating an account, clicking "I Agree", or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including individual job seekers, organisational administrators, university placement officers, and enterprise clients.

2. Description of Service

Rehurz is an AI-powered mock interview platform that enables users to:

  • Conduct simulated job interviews using a real-time, voice-based AI interviewer powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Upload job descriptions and resumes for personalised, domain-specific interview experiences.
  • Receive structured AI-generated scorecards with performance scores, competency analysis, improvement feedback, and curated learning resources.
  • Access 20+ professional domains including technology, product management, sales, marketing, HR, operations, and more.
  • Organisations may use Rehurz to provide bulk interview preparation to teams, students, or candidates under an Enterprise or Organisational plan.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with or without notice, and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

3. User Eligibility and Account Security

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years of ageto create an individual account and use Rehurz. Users between 16 and 18 years of age ("Minors") must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement.

For Organisational accounts (universities, training institutes, enterprise clients), the account administrator must be at least 18 years of age and authorised to bind the organisation to these Terms.

3.2 Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password).
  • All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
  • Immediately notifying us at reach@rehurz.com upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Ensuring that your account is not shared with any third party, including colleagues or family members.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are found to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of these Terms.

3.3 Organisational Accounts

When accessing Rehurz as an employee, student, or member through an Organisational account, your use of the Platform is also subject to the policies of your organisation. The organisation administrator is responsible for managing member access, roles, and credit allocation within their account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is licensed, not sold, for your personal, non-commercial use (individual accounts) or for internal organisational use (enterprise accounts) solely for interview preparation and professional development purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

Gaming or Manipulating the AI System:

  • Deliberately attempt to manipulate, deceive, or "jailbreak" the AI interviewer into providing unintended outputs, endorsements, or inflated scores.
  • Submit fabricated, falsified, or intentionally misleading job descriptions or resume content to obtain skewed or dishonest interview feedback.
  • Use prompt injection techniques, adversarial inputs, or any method designed to circumvent the AI's intended evaluation logic.
  • Claim false job titles, qualifications, or domain expertise within the interview session to manipulate the AI's line of questioning.

Data Scraping and Extraction:

  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, or any other automated means to access, extract, index, or copy any content from the Platform.
  • Attempt to access, extract, or reverse-engineer our AI models, algorithms, scoring logic, prompt templates, or any proprietary technology.
  • Systematically download or archive Platform content, including interview questions, scorecards, or feedback templates, for commercial purposes.

Harmful and Illegal Content:

  • Upload, submit, or process any content that generates, facilitates, or constitutes deepfakes, synthetic media, or artificially manipulated voice or video recordings intended to impersonate or deceive.
  • Use the Platform to create, distribute, or train data for malicious AI systems, surveillance tools, or any application designed to harm individuals.
  • Upload content containing malware, viruses, trojans, or any other harmful code.
  • Submit or process content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or violates the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.

Unauthorised Commercial Use:

  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit access to the Platform or any content generated by it without our prior written consent.
  • Use the Platform to develop a competing product or service.
  • Aggregate and sell interview questions, feedback frameworks, or AI-generated content from the Platform.

System Interference:

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or overburden the Platform infrastructure, servers, or networks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or our backend systems.
  • Circumvent any access controls, authentication systems, rate limits, or security features.

4.3 Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice, forfeiture of unused credits, and potential legal action under applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), and other relevant legislation.

5. AI Disclaimer and Limitations

Important Notice Regarding AI-Generated Feedback

All interviews, questions, evaluations, scorecards, and feedback generated by Rehurz are produced by artificial intelligence systems for educational and preparatory purposes only. This feedback does not constitute professional career counselling, psychological assessment, or any guarantee of employment outcomes.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • No Job Placement Guarantee: Rehurz does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that use of the Platform will result in a job offer, promotion, salary increase, or any specific career outcome. Performance on Rehurz is not a reliable predictor of performance in an actual job interview.
  • AI Limitations: AI models can make errors, exhibit biases, produce inconsistent outputs, or fail to account for industry-specific nuances. Feedback may not accurately reflect your true professional capability.
  • Not a Professional Assessment: AI-generated scores and recommendations are not equivalent to psychometric assessments, professional competency evaluations, or assessments conducted by qualified human interviewers or career counsellors.
  • Third-Party AI Services: The Platform uses third-party AI services (including Google Gemini) whose outputs are subject to their own limitations, updates, and terms. We do not control the underlying AI model outputs.
  • Supplementary Tool Only: Rehurz should be used as one of many tools in your job preparation strategy, not as the sole determinant of your readiness for employment.
  • No Liability for Reliance: We are not liable for any decisions you make — including accepting or declining job offers — based on AI-generated feedback from our Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials on the Platform — including but not limited to the software code, AI models and algorithms, scoring frameworks, prompt engineering systems, LangGraph orchestration logic, UI designs, graphics, logos, brand name ("Rehurz"), trademarks, interview methodologies, and all derivative works — are the exclusive intellectual property of LETSDECODE TECHNOLOGIES LLP and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and patent laws of India and international treaties.

No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without our explicit prior written consent.

6.2 Your Content and Interview Data

You retain ownership of the personal content you provide to the Platform, including:

  • Your resume text and uploaded documents.
  • Job descriptions you upload.
  • Your spoken and transcribed interview responses.

By uploading content to Rehurz, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, store, and use your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you (i.e., conducting your interview and generating your report). We do not claim ownership over your personal content.

6.3 AI-Generated Reports

AI-generated scorecards, feedback reports, and learning resource recommendations produced during your session are made available to you for your personal use. While you may download and share your own reports, you may not republish, commercialise, or misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored professional advice.

6.4 Anonymised Training Data

We may use fully anonymised and aggregated interaction data (with all personally identifiable information removed) to improve the performance and accuracy of our AI systems. We will never use your identifiable content to train AI models without your separate, explicit written consent.

6.5 Feedback and Suggestions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or feature requests regarding the Platform, you agree that we may use such feedback without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you.

7. Subscription, Credits, and Refund Policy

7.1 Free Credits (Freemium Tier)

New accounts receive a one-time complimentary credit allocation upon registration ("Welcome Credits"). Welcome Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted to cash. They may be used to experience the Platform before purchasing a paid credit package. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Welcome Credits offer at any time.

7.2 Credit System

Rehurz operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are the unit of consumption used to access interview sessions and generate reports. Key terms of the credit system:

  • Credits are purchased in packages at prices denominated in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • Credits are consumed at the start of an interview session (session initiation cost), per minute of active interview time, and upon report generation.
  • Credits do not expire and remain in your account balance indefinitely, subject to account status.
  • Credits are non-transferable between individual accounts unless you hold an Organisational account that explicitly supports credit allocation to members.
  • Credits have no monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be redeemed for cash or currency equivalents.
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit costs with 30 days' notice to existing users.

7.3 Individual Credit Packages

Individual users may purchase credit packages at the rates published on our Billing page. All transactions are processed in INR via Razorpay. A GST-compliant tax invoice is automatically generated for every purchase.

7.4 Organisational and Enterprise Licensing

Organisations (universities, training institutes, corporations) may purchase Organisational credit packages with the following terms:

  • Organisational credits are held at the organisation level and allocated by administrators to individual members.
  • Organisation administrators may allocate, revoke, and reallocate credits among members, subject to a 10% operational buffer that must be maintained at the organisation level.
  • Enterprise custom pricing, volume discounts, and invoicing arrangements are available for accounts exceeding standard package sizes. Contact enterprise@rehurz.com for enquiries.
  • Members leaving an organisation forfeit their allocated (but unspent) credits back to the organisation balance.
  • Organisation accounts are subject to the same Terms as individual accounts, plus any supplementary Enterprise Agreement executed between the Company and the organisation.

7.5 Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
  • We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking credentials, or any other sensitive payment instrument details.
  • In the event of a payment failure, credits will not be added to your account. Contact our support team if you are charged but credits are not received.
  • GST at 18% is applied to all purchases. Your GSTIN may be added to your account profile for B2B invoice compliance.

7.6 Refund Policy

Please review our complete Refund Policy for full details. The following summary applies:

  • Eligible for Refund: A full refund of a credit package may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that fewer than 10 credits from that package have been consumed.
  • Not Eligible for Refund: Credits that have been consumed (used for interview sessions or report generation) are non-refundable under any circumstances, as the AI processing has been performed and the Service has been delivered.
  • Welcome Credits: Not refundable (complimentary allocation).
  • Organisational Credits: Refund requests for organisational packages must be submitted by the account owner within 7 days of purchase, subject to the same 10-credit consumption threshold per member.
  • Partial Refunds: Where a package is partially consumed beyond the 10-credit threshold, partial refunds may be issued at our sole discretion on a pro-rata basis, excluding consumed credits.
  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment instrument within 7–10 business days.
  • To request a refund, email billing@rehurz.com with your registered email and transaction/invoice number.

8. Data Storage and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. Key points:

  • User data is stored on cloud infrastructure hosted in the Asia Pacific (India) region.
  • Interview audio is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored beyond the active session.
  • Resume and transcript data is stored securely and used exclusively to deliver your interview and report.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 "As Is" Service

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LETSDECODE TECHNOLOGIES LLP, its directors, partners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9.3 Liability Cap

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid for credits in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000 (whichever is greater).

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LETSDECODE TECHNOLOGIES LLP and its partners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if:

  • You violate any provision of these Terms.
  • We detect fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity on your account.
  • You file a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute.
  • Required by applicable law or a court order.

Upon termination: (a) your right to access the Platform ceases immediately; (b) unused credits will not be refunded unless required by applicable law; (c) you may request export of your personal data within 30 days of termination, after which your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

You may close your account at any time via the Account Settings page. Account closure is permanent and irreversible. All interview history and reports will be permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at reach@rehurz.com and allow us a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be Sangrur, Punjab, India.

Jurisdiction: For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sangrur, Punjab, India.

12. International Users

Rehurz is operated from India and primarily intended for users in India. However, if you access the Platform from outside India, you acknowledge that:

  • Your data will be transferred to and processed in India, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
  • GDPR (EU/UK Users): If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on your GDPR rights and our lawful basis for processing your personal data.
  • CCPA (California Users): If you are a California resident, please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
  • Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.
  • Language: These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the designated Grievance Officer is:

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email (to your registered address) and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to the effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
