1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all credit purchases made on Rehurz, a product of LETSDECODE TECHNOLOGIES LLP. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we have designed this policy to be clear and fair.
2. Refund Policy
All credits purchased on Rehurz are non-refundable once bought.
Credits are a digital prepaid currency used to access interview sessions and generate reports. Once a credit package is purchased, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed. This applies to all users and all circumstances, including:
- Individual user accounts
- Organisational accounts (B2B)
- Standard credit packages and promotional offers
By completing a credit purchase, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable terms. Please review your credit needs carefully before purchasing.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable and cannot be refunded or reversed under any circumstances:
- Purchased credits — all credit packages, regardless of usage or consumption
- Welcome/promotional credits — complimentary credit allocations upon signup or promotion
- Organisational credits — credits purchased or allocated to organisational accounts
- Consumed credits — credits used for interview sessions or report generation
- Unused credits — credits remaining in your account balance
This non-refund policy applies even if:
- Your account is suspended or terminated for violating Terms of Service
- You did not use the credits you purchased
- You are unsatisfied with the Service or AI feedback
- Technical issues prevented you from using your credits
4. Disputes and Billing Errors
If you believe a charge was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction, unauthorised purchase, or billing system error), please contact our Grievance Officer at reach@rehurz.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Order ID or Razorpay transaction ID
- A detailed description of the billing error
We will investigate billing error claims and, if verified, may issue a credit correction or reverse an unauthorised transaction. We will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
Note: Billing error disputes are separate from refund requests. Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the Service are not grounds for a refund or credit reversal.
